Commonly known as the Seltene Monstera or the Monstera Siltepecana. part of the aroid family. this fast-growing vine is native to Mexico and Central America and was discovered in 1950. With its extravagant silvery-grey leaves and contrasting deep green veins. this plant is sure to make a statement in your home! With maturity the leaves will get a deeper green and eventually have fenestrations.

Being that it's from a subtropical environment. it thrives in high humidity. warm temperatures. medium to bright indirect light and can vine/climb up to about 5 ft. indoors. This makes them great to be potted with a trellis and put in a brightly lit room in your house! Over time this plant may lose some leaves and/or get leggy. but don't be alarmed. this is just a natural occurrence in the plant's life cycle.
